This component has been designed to facilitate the process of guiding children to become independent once they reach the age of 18. During the period of stay in the home, we identify the needs of the young adults and nurture them especially those in the age group of 15 to 18 years and assist them to make out a career plan through providing required knowledge and career guidance. This process helps the children to accomplish their life goals with the support of the organization. This programme will be gradually extended for the benefit of children residing in the communities and looking for the support and career guidance to fulfil their dreams.
